Alatas Group Worldwide is a highly respected crane Repair / Service specialist in the marine and offshore industry. Our success is built on the vast amount of technical knowledge and expertise within the Group combined with decades long of hands on experience of its members.
In 2008 ALATAS Singapore established a fully equipped workshop with testing facilities to provide our customers with a true One Stop Service and Repair Centre not only for cranes in the Marine and Offshore industry but also for Construction Equipment, Deck Machinery and Offshore Equipment.
What sets us apart from most other workshops is our in depth understanding of the operation field the component / equipment is used in and therefore can provide the best technical and cost effective solution to any problem encountered - be it obsolete parts or optimizing a system.
All parts required are sourced directly from the parts manufacturer (OEM) or through our local and worldwide network if availability is an issue.
We do not limit ourselves to certain Brands or selected repair scopes but accept all Brands and types of components such as from ZOLLERN, BRADEN, BONFIGLIOLI, ESKRIDGE, BREVINI, TECHNODRIVE, NOV, HYDRALIFT, STIEBEL, SIEBENHAAR, REXROTH, DENISON, PARKER, LINDE, MITSUBISHI, FUKUSHIMA, KAWASAKI, STAFFA, HAGGLUNDS, SAUER DANFOSS, ROPE BLOCK, CROSBY, MILLER, MCKISSICK and offer comprehensive repairs and overhaul packages including full documentation, for all equipment in our field of expertise such as:
- overhaul including testing of all hydraulic components in high and low pressure systems
- Full restoration of Hydraulic Power Packs (HPU)
- Overhaul of Hydraulic cylinders including barrel honing and piston rod chroming
